LORRAINE ONDURU
Lorraine Onduru is a storyteller and writer, who is passionate about shaping accurate narratives about Africa, particularly its role as a source of light for the world. She is also passionate about crafting stories that help shift perspectives and bring about growth and enlightenment for various audiences across the continent.
Lorraine is the author of She Shall be Called Woman, a book that paints the picture of the woman’s identity as intended by God from the beginning. With this book, she hopes that women from all walks of life will be awakened to the truth of who God says they are, as she has been.
She is also the Managing Director of Majesty Publishing House Africa, which aims to shape accurate narratives about Africa using various storytelling forms.
Lorraine is also the Head of Communications for East and West Africa at Uber. Prior to joining Uber, Lorraine worked at Hill+Knowlton Strategies, where she provided corporate communications advisory support to pan-African and global brands in the not-for-profit, financial, technology, aviation and FMCG sectors across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Lorraine is a language enthusiast and speaks fluent English and intermediary French, Dutch and Swahili.
